Integrated Affiliate Management and Sales Tracking
iPortis.com offers a 100% integrated proprietary affiliate network solution to help with the management of affiliate relationships, and also tracks all sales generated by affiliates.
From our Control Panel, vendors are in total control of product pricing and can manage all of their affiliate relationships, including the activation/de-activation of affiliates. They can also manage affiliate revenue sharing amounts (flat fee or percentage amounts). Payments to affiliates will occur automatically each month, and will appear as an adjustment during standard monthly payment cycles. Monthly Payment Cycle, Multiple Payment Options
On the last day of each month, iPortis.com will send payment for all of the previous month's business.
As an example, on December 25th 2009, clients will be sent payment for all their sales (less commission, refunds and chargebacks) made during the month of November 2009. Current client payment options include:
- Payment by check via U.S. Postal Mail (FREE)
- Payment by check via U.S. Postal Mail Registered Mail (charges may vary)
- Payment by check via UPS, FedEx, DHL (charges may vary)
- Domestic Electronic Fund Transfers (ACH) ($20.00 USD)
- International Electronic Fund Transfers Outside the U.S. ($40.00 USD)

Real-time Fraud Detection and Prevention
iPortis.com uses a combination of state-of-the-art risk management tools and fraud protection representatives to perform "pre" and "post" transaction screening valiation. Our fraud detection system is constantly being updated to leverage the information from previous transactions to provide for the best possible fraud protection system in the industry.
Although it is impossible to eliminate 100% of fraudulent transactions on any system, iPortis.com has processes, procedures and techniques in place provide the highest level of protection possible. It is also important to know that we do promote and welcome all types of feedback from our entire community to help identify potentially fraudulent transactions.
Recurring Billing Product Purchase Options
iPortis.com provides clients an option to configure their Products to use our Recurring Billing payment option, which allows iPortis.com to bill customers on a pre-defined recurring basis for a pre-defined amount.
Once a Product is enrolled, clients can then set the amount to be charged (in US Dollars), and the billing cycle time (in days) to automatically begin a recurring billing cycle.
Variable Product Pricing Options
Our Variable Product Pricing feature allows our clients to dynamically set variable price amounts for one or more products via a specific parameter used in the Order Page URL.
Multiple Customer Payment Options
The more ways customers can purchase your products, the more likely a purchase will be completed. With this in mind, iPortis.com offers several payment options for customers to choose from. There are no additional fees or surcharges for processing a certain type of order, as all order methods are made available at the same low commission rate. Current customer payment options include:

iPortis.com gives client total control of the order process from top to bottom. We provide clients the ability to customize look and feel of all product order pages and shopping carts with templates.
Create as many templates as you like, use one or several templates for all your products order pages or shopping carts, and you can even define 'Display Names' to make the URL more visually appealing (http://www.iportis.com/orderform.php?pid=MyProductName)
Custom Order Page URLs using Wildcard Certificates
iPortis.com clients have the ability to create and customize a wildcard SSL URL hosted by iPortis.com
These custom wildcard URLs allow clients to link to any number of secure (SSL) product and shopping cart order pages for their products on iPortis.com, allowing for yet even more flexibility and customization during the purchase process.
XML integration with existing and/or third-party Shopping Carts
iPortis.com allows clients to integrate their existing and/or third party Shopping Carts to allow iPortis.com to process transactions. iPortis.com has developed an API for Vendors to reference which implements XML to seamlessly integrate any type of existing Shopping Cart.

Customizable Product Delivery Methods and Notifications
iPortis.com allows clients to choose from multiple delivery methods, while allowing the ability to customize all customer notifications sent to their customers.
Multi-language and Multi-currency Support
iPortis.com clients have the option to allow their Customers to purchase their Products using their desired language, as well as make their purchase in a desired currency.

Google Analytics Integration

iPortis.com offers clients the ability to create custom Volume Discount purchases, Coupons, Product Bundles and Product Upsell options whuch provide a wide range of desired purchase options and benefits for cleints and customers alike.
Optional Automated CD-ROM Delivery Service and Electronic Download Insurance options
iPortis.com offers clients the ability to offer their Products to customers via CD-ROM, as well as offer a Download Insurance option that can be selected at the time of purchase.
Clients that enroll their Products in the CD-ROM Delivery and/or Electronic Download Insurance (EDS) services will offer another fulfillment method to their customers, as well as generate an additional revenue stream at the same time!
Any authorized (approved) transaction on iPortis.com where a customer chooses to include delivery of their Product(s) on CD-ROM and/or EDS option will result in a credit of $3.00 (USD) directly to that client's account.
Comprehensive Online Sales Reporting for Vendors
iPortis.com offers clients a wide range of online sales reports to provide real-time information, which can be viewed online, or sent via email in several different formats. Report results can also be exported to comma delimited files (.csv), XML, and other popular formats.
